Had my Trition Ute towed today spoke to Chris on the phone and was blow away by his customer service he went above and beyond. When the Ute arrived the tow truck driver executed unloading it flawlessly and was lovely to deal with.Thanks heaps guys!!

Heath arrived to the scene of an accident I had where someone had run a red.He was so lovely, helpful and supportive at the incident. He provided helpful advice and reassurance in a very stressful situation.I highly recommend the business, their trucks were top class, drivers wonderful and office staff helpful and efficient!Thanks for everything!

In my experience Code 12 have been extremely professional and efficient. Their service was exemplary and I would recommend them to anyone needing a tow. I was attended by their operator Chris, who was friendly, courteous and communicated promptly. He didn't just pick up my damaged vehicle after it was rear ended; he also gave me a lift to work, organised a loan car and dropped it off directly to me at my home address. 5/5 for excellent service and a positive experience.

Code 12 picked up my car so it could be taken to the panel beater after I had a small car accident last year. Chris, Jules, Asha and his team are so friendly helpful and efficient I absolutely highly recommend using them if you need a tow!

While the drivers and most of the administration staff are great to deal with a person named Chris who handles calls at the office is the most rude and obnoxious with the hapless customers. He would give deliberately vague answers that will do nothing but aggravate your anxiety adding to your worries. Only because of this person I am forced to give this rating
