Kids classes are awesome, my only complaint is that even though their main focus is kids, there are not enough family friendly facilities.Update: The indoor pool recently added several new change tables for the little ones, no more lines for the little ones.

Went here to learn swimming. I was in grade 4 and one instructor was yelling at me for jumping in the pool saying that it wasn't appropriate and put me in the worst group because of it. The pool is clean, but definitely not worth the $50 I paid to learn 'swimming' when all I was learning was all just how to get into the pool safely. Don't recommend this place.

Good pool but do NOT sign up for lessons. We signed up and had to cancel before starting, STILL got charged $130 after never even having gone for a single lessonEdit: they got in touch with us and head office got everything resolved. Many thanks

Our 4 year old has thrived here in her swimming lessons since changing swim schools.The indoor pool is fantastic for the little ones as they can still have their lesson even if it’s pouring rain or lightening around.Staff are friendly, director constantly makes visits to classes to check standards are high.Our daughters instructor Ainsley is so good with the 4-5 year olds.Facilities are ok. Shower heads need replacing with adjustable ones as water sprays everywhere.Toddler wading pool is so cute but man is it cold even in summer!Pretty good variety of choices in the canteen and having swimmers/towels/goggles for purchase is handy

Pool was warm. 1 x lifeguard for 3 pools busy doing tasks in the rest rooms and vicinity. Showers are in need of a deep clean. Adequate for a casual swim.

So, as per new policy if your kids is unwell, we can't ask for make up day. The only time they will give make up class if we go to GP and get a medical certificate. Do you realize that sometimes kids are just not well enough to go into pools but probably need not seen by GP. GP does cost to taxpayers and to save yourself $20, you don't care if GP charges $50 to government. I don't think it's very good behavior as a company..shows more of a greed than compassion. As a taxpayer, i think this is very shameful behavior on your part and you should take this policy back. I will ring council and lodge my complain. cheers

I am very disappointed at this centre. I went today paid for my 2 kids to swim in the indoor pool after 1 hr they told me to get the kids out of the pool . They told me lessons are starting soon. No one at the reception told me that at 3 30 when I arrived at 2 pm . Even happened last time a group of 50 people doing a private party in the indoor pool no one told me that either. When I complaint she said my apologies.THATS IT !!
