I just had a nightmare transaction with Robert Sidaway and his RGS Performance of Mona Vale NSW.I found Robert Sidaway had a pretty poor understanding of the parts he sells having supplied me with a wrong part. Then he acted like he was doing me a favour by refunding the incorrectly supplied parts, not to mention the glacial pace of processing the refund.When queried on this Robert Sidaway became very passive-aggressive and refused to investigate the delay in processing with the unbelievable comment of “not my problem”.Well, what do you know, the refund finally appeared and it only took eleven days! The worst I have had from any supplier EVER, is two days. Makes me wonder just when he actually processed the refund.The only reason I went to this clown was, even though the main part I was after was considerably dearer than my usual supplier, when added with the current shipping costs turned out to be somewhat cheaper. Go figure!Further, Robert Sidaway advised me that he would be unable to supply the advised correct factory parts as they are no longer available.A quick check with one of my reliable suppliers found me the original factory items and at considerably less than the incorrect items supplied by Robert Sidaway and his RGS Performance.To me, his customer service is just appalling and his supposed knowledge of the parts he sells is beyond poor.

Ordered multiple times from RGS, whether it's been a small last minute order or a larger one, all my purchases have come through without issue.Knows his product and certainly knows Z32's!

RGS Performance is my go-to for local Z parts. In the last year, Rob has supplied and fitted a timing belt kit, done a plenum pull, and put in some MCA Pro Comfort coilovers in my slicktop.Super knowledgeable, and great prices. Hard to beat
