Yes always have liked this shop. Great staff. Stock has changed a lot over the years but some good stuff for presents etc in store

BE AWARE. Check your Purchase. I chose a funny gift. The shop assistant said I will get you a newer one from out the back" and quickly wrapped it out of my sight. I did not feel right and checked this parcel at a nearby cafe. Well it wasn't the gift that I chose and paid for. I took it back straight away and got my original choice. I felt that I was given a less popular item that perhaps did not sell well. Scamming the tourists is probably an entertainment in Kalgoorlie."

BUYER ALERT...I just purchased a $30 giftpack at the Kalgoorlie Newsagency. When I got home I counted up the value of items as it didn't look right. I only had $27.75 worth of tickets - Scratchies were 1 x $10, 1 x $5, 2 × $1 and 1 Sat lotto x $12.75. I phoned up spoke to Kirsten?? - to say I didn't get the full $30 value and was told that it was advertised as under the value of $30. I said I should have got another scratchy for $2 at least but was told no it doesn't work like that.Not sure what their game is but it looks like it might be daylight robbery.I wonder how many people they have ripped off with this scam?????
