Terrible customer service. Client service officers" could care less about their clients. Apathetic

Bad customer service. I'm not sure who's name in charge in counter. He's a man and very rude. I had been waiting in queue with 3 asian ladies and after finish with ladies. He refused to talk with me. He's shaven by way.

My tenant manager Darryl does his best& he’s not the problem - the system is rooted. Djc aren’t informed etc with Land & Housing.The responsibility goes to the top - will it make any difference the change of government ? We’ll see . No unless major policy interventions.

Came to take a client of mine to enquire about his housing. There was a bald man walking around the waiting area who was asking people private information in front of everyone, he was rude and stunk of arrogance. The worker that took our claim was all over the place, he took personal calls 3x during our consultation.Would never treat anyone with the amount of disrespect I witnessed here.

Disgusting stuff! Dismissed my situation and didn’t show an ounce of consideration. Just terrible Burwood.

Mark was an awesome bloke that helped me heaps. Just having someone there to help in times of crisis is incredibly reassuring. Thanks Mark and thanks Burwood houso.

It needs a monitoring program in place for those people:1. How many phone calls they answer, how long they spend on each client?2. how many clients they see every day. how long they spend on each client and for what issues.3. how many emails they reply every day. What percentages of emails they solve the issues?4. What is the ranting from the customers they seeI am waiting on the phone for one hour, no answer. And the calls were cut off by them without answering the calls.If you go to the office, there is only one person in service for the whole office with 6-8 windows. There is all other people?You emails them, only got an auto reply, and nothing after.

I tried to get Case manager for my building 6 times in the last couple of months, but nothing. Today, I finally got on the phone with Mrs. John from the District support team. He was great and promised that he will find a way to contact her and tell her to call me. To be continued.......

Feel shame for NSW DCJ( burwood)Worse experience in all housing in NSWvery rude stuff specially if u can’t speak English very well the laughing togetherI just made complaints over the phone n waiting for results, I don’t give up for that n continue till get right results for thatOne old skinny man and one young girl work there is very rude with terrible customer services, the manager need read reviews , today i feel human rights is a big lie , when u go to any office u see a note on the wall : treat our staffs in respect n we do same but today I fully respect them n just get something different
