Beechworth MTB Park
I can’t recommend this mtb park. I’ve been to about 10 mtb parks in vic and nsw and this would be at the bottom of the list. I am an intermediate rider but didnt enjoy my visit here. I did the the pump track , green and all the blue runs. The pump track and green runs were fine but the blue runs - ugh not good. Loads of tree roots and rocks. I was walking my bike often. Felt like more up than down. Very little flow. Constantly on and off the bike. The blue runs seemed to be poorly designed as it felt like 75% uphill and 25% downhill. After 2 hrs went home weary and disappointed. I heard Yackandandah mtb is good. Perhaps try that one instead.

Beechworth MTB Park
Compact but fun. You ride around a tiny area in circles, often in sight of the car park, and there's not much elevation, but the trails are engaging and technical mini granite rock gardens. Good fun, just much smaller than it's image.

Enjoyed the range of technical tracks at the main park. The black Woolshed run is a good shuttle run. Nice jumps and drops, the top two were over my pay scale.

It was a great experience and I enjoyed the tour so much our guide Brendon was a very nice man and was very nice to us when we had trouble with the trails
