I would not even rate the service for one star if I have a choice. Very unprofessional and snobby! I won't recommend this agent for any rent or sale.

Everything was fine until we left. I take pride in everything I do including maintaining a well looked after & immaculately cleaned home. This agent had unbelievable expectations. I had to pay twice the rent in bond money b 4 moving in - $5000. During a COVID world, upon our departure we had to have the carpets & all windows professionally cleaned as well as the entire property. It cost us an extra $600. We also spent the entire weekend clearing weeds & gardening, putting in new plants to bring it back to new. This wasn't good enough for Open Living. She complained that the gas spores 8n the Cooktop were blocked, & the washing machine soap dispenser was mouldy??????? I'm like WT, never knew these obscure unknown hidden items were even checked!!! Good luck getting your bond back!! Warning to any new tenants signing with this agent!
