Do not use this company. We got completely ripped off when our real estate agent employed them to do a partial end of lease clean after we had already spent $600 on cleaning. They charged $600 for 17 hours work. $35 per hour, and apparently done in less than day. Was there 4 people working? No! Advising they spent hours on windows and tracks when they were spotless from a professional window cleaner just days before. So many other items added that were not cleaned. The owner refused to move on price, and advised he had photos to prove works. When asked for copies of the images, the never came. These guys are criminals and should not be hired unless you like throwing away money.

Charged $900 for a kitchen, 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms and 3 windows. An absolute joke I don’t understand how these prices come about. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. A absolute rip off

Where to begin.Just like most people, they have a monopoly or some strange deal going on with Real Estate Agents. We wanted to do right by our Property Managers and go with their 'recommended' cleaners.What. a. joke.Began with a $450 quote. Seems reasonable. Get to the day, im trying to do my own job and im being CONSTANTLY messaged by this guy, hassle me until I could reply, raising the price from $450, to $660, to over $800! We had a tiny 3x2 unit. How is it possible for 3 people (apparently, there is evidence to suggest this is a lie, as with previous reviews) to take roughly 19 hours together to clean a tiny unit (apparently i don't know how to count and he was sending me the math, again, constantly.)It got to the point where he expected me or my partner to just leave our work to go pay him a cash in hand deposit of $500 when he finished cleaning.He even admitted to not doing a whole job in the texts!We dropped past the next morning, turns out he broke the garage door and the meter box with the key in it was wide open. We paid for it to be fixed straight away. Our managers must've told him what happened as we came back the next day to take pictures. He was there, messing about the garage door and broke it AGAIN, by coming onto the property HE DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO DO to test" the door by pressing the button 6 or 7 times

Quoted $395 for a 3x2 house for 10 hours of work.Before the cleaners arrived the house was empty we had vacuumed in preparation for carpet cleaning, all rooms and had the carpets cleaned, the tiles had been already steam mopped and the walls freshly painted.Upon arriving 20 minutes late we let them in the house and returned to work, I then received a call saying the quote needed to be doubled to $800 and they would need an additional 10 hours, for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen... I said no and asked them to fulfill the 10 hours as quoted.This company was not cheaper than our other quotes but we choose them as they were a preferred cleaner of the Professionals - Ballajura. Upon reading others reviews this appears to be the common practice for this business, and it is quiet appalling that Professionals recommend them for anything.Avoid them whenever possible.

I used this cleaner as the details were provided by the real estate.I was quoted a price at the beginning of the clean (which I was happy to pay) and as the clean was carried out during the day the owner of the business kept adding on services/prices that were not agreed to. They wanted to charge me over $1000 for a 2 x 1 end of tenancy clean!When we went back to the property to look at the job, the cleaners had broken a curtain and we were never advised of this, the shower was not clean (they said it needed more time to be cleaned and they charged extra for this service) and the house was left unlocked and one of the doors open.Do not recommend this company at all.

Absolutely useless as per the other reviews. Spoke on the phone and booked in a date for a full house clean. They requested an email to be sent to complete the booking. Didn't get a reply from the email, sent a text message 3 days later no reply, tried calling no reply and on the day of the clean no one arrived. Absolute waste of time. Avoid wasting your time like I stupidly did and use someone else.

We used CKF for our end of lease clean. We had a tight budget so they recommended what was best and the result is amazing. Professional- hard working- and lovely people! My grandad was helping me with garden and had a bit of a stumble and the cleaner rushed out was so kind and helpful in that situation. Truly a great company to work with during a stressful time when moving!

WE ENCOURAGE ANYONE WITH PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY TO LODGE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH FAIR COMMISSIONER WA, we lodged ours, took us 10 minutes. They got back to us 1 month later (usual processing time) informing us that our complaint was the first one they've received. They can only investigate companies with multiple complaints that were officially lodged, unfortunately Google reviews don't count.Please Avoid. We had such a terrible experience with this company. We engaged them because they were the preferred/ recommended cleaning company by our property managers. From the beginning they were non-responsive, difficult to get hold of. As soon as we mentioned our property managers Arena Real Estate in a text, they replied straight away. First red flag there. Then we agreed with them to come and do vacate clean on one day, they texted us one day before the agreed day that they were unable to come and could come only the following day. The cleaner turned up 30 minutes late, didn't finish the job in one day, and had to come back the next morning. We paid for a full vacate clean including carpet clean but the agent came back with further cleaning being required. CKF had to return to do more cleaning and tried charging the agent who is intending on deducting the cost from our bond. CKF claim they know what it required for a bond return and that they guarantee full bond return but they didn't provide either of those guarantees. We're currently contesting the extra charges. If they agree to cancel the unfair extra charges, we will reconsider aspects of this review.

I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience was actually devastating.CKF was the cleaner recommended to us by our real estate agent for our end of lease clean.I first contacted the company a couple of weeks prior to the end of our tenancy to discuss an estimate for the 3x2 we were renting. I was told the hourly rate is $37 and normally a 3x2 would take 10 hours. Finding this reasonable, I booked them in.On the day of the clean they inspected the property and we were quoted just under $900 - a huge jump from the 10 hour estimate we were given prior.When I enquired they showed me a rundown of how much each ‘area’ would take but the cleaner would not text me this information so I could inspect it in greater detail. They told me that Ken the office manager would send it to me.I never received the information so had to call Ken direct. In the meantime I spoke to our real estate agent as well as the real estate agent who previously managed the property to discuss the quote and they agreed it was a very high quote given the property.To provide context they quoted 4 hours to clean windows and 1.5 hours to clean light fittings and the two aircon units.After 4.5 hours of cleaning, all they had achieved was cleaning of the kitchen cupboards and air con. At this point my patience had worn thin and I asked them to please just bill us for the time they had completed and leave.I paid the amount due to them promptly and sent a screenshot of my transaction. They never sent a receipt.I completed a general clean of the rest of the house in about 5 hours and booked in another company to finish the job.The other company came in and finished the rest of the house in just 3 hours + $20 per large window. They also noted the areas that were “cleaned” by CKF were in fact not clean and needed to be redone.Note we have been at the property for 2 years and have never had any issues with our cleanliness at rent inspections.This company is opportunistic, taking advantage of people when they are stressed and vulnerable. At no point did I feel supported or at ease with them. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
