Customer service is pathetic at best, try getting them to return a phone call.....would be easier to get Putin to stop bombing the Ukraine. Redcliffe are deplorable, even their own central booking system cannot contact them.

Very professional, patient and warmth staff, excellent customer service, they are not there just to perform a task and get paid, very thorough with the procedures. I almost repeat the same scan withing very short time, which I would've had to pay. Thanks to the professional that attended me, who asked the right questions and took the time to go and consult with the specialist, they realised of it and saved me the money and time.I would fully recommend this place

Excellent service, friendly staff, went the extra mile & provided a rest bed, reception were fantasies, booked me on the same day following an early morning call, in & out on time, I never felt rushed....... Supportive environment, great facilities & staff. Thank you.

If I could give a zero, I would.ANSWER THE PHONE. I've been trying for 2 hours to get through.Sun hours 8-3, message says to hold on if you want to talk 2 someone. I give up. All I want to know, which I wasn't told when I initially made appointment, is how long before do I arrive.. terrible . Glad all businesses aren't like that and DONT ANSWER THE PHONE.

I recently had to have two scans done on separate days and would like to acknowledge the service of some of the staff who attended to me.Radiographers, Prue and Marion, are a credit to their profession. Both were kind, considerate and caring in their dealings with me, especially as one of the scans took over an hour to complete. Thanks ladies.I was also looked after by a young chap (twice) and a young lady at the reception counter and would like to also acknowledge them. Unfortunately, my chemo brain" has forgotten their names.Well done

My wife was terrified of having an MRI, the staff were patient and kind. Huge shout out to Justin who gave her the option of coming back during his lunch break so she could have more time understanding the procedure and being comfortable with it. His compassion and warm approach made my wife feel comfortable and she was able to get the MRI done.If anyone suffers from anxiety I highly recommend you come to this location and have the staff (especially Justin) take care of you.

We were fortunate to have the same Sonographer for my obstetric scans at Qscan Redcliffe. Melinda was so warm, welcoming and reassuring. My Husband and I really enjoyed chatting with her and were so pleased she could be part of our journey at my 12 week and 20 week scans. She remembered us immediately, which was so lovely. Thank you so much Melinda, we are very grateful!

The staff are so lovely! The ladies on the front desk in the morning on the 5th were extremely nice and patient. Im usually super nervous going for appointments anywhere but they were really welcomingP.S the call staff were extremely helpful and patient booking an appointment aswell the guy that was on i think his name was jesse or James was super patient with me and even when I was struggling and went out of his way to help while being super nice
