Warren Patterson is not a CA. He received a letter that we’re moving to another accountant, then issued us a bill of $5,500 with no explanation and has refused to provide us with a ledger of work completed, charging over $700 per BAS and refused to handover our XERO subscription to the new accountant until we paid the invoice. Very hard to get a hold of and doesn’t respond to emails. Highly unethical and should be reported for his ethics and professionalism.
