Waited over 6 months for a $10,000 fountain we ordered to arrive from France. When it finally arrived, Lydie, the owner could not get it delivered to our home in Sydney! We were asked silly questions like if we owned a forklift and to send her photos of our street front, all the while she rudely demanded payment of the balance without a delivery date scheduled. Needless to say we refused to pay the balance until she sorted out delivery. Clearly this was too much trouble for her so she gave us a refund instead, which made her life easier but left us with a landscaped garden that's missing the primary focal point being the fountain! Appalling customer service, lazy, rude and arrogant owner not deserving of even 1 star. Avoid at all cost.

No doubt she has very beautiful product, but when I made my first purchase with her online, she called me and was very rude because my payment didn't go through. It was no problem and I attempted a payment successfully with her over the phone, but apparently she had already sent the item and made it my problem that the first payment wasn't successfull. Her tone sticks with me to this day. But beautiful product product nonetheless.

The woman there was so rude and not welcoming at all.... it was as if we customers were a burden. Dare i say typical arrogant french! We left very quickly.

A truly amazing place to visit. Genuine French antiques at its best. Lydie's styling, her barn and grounds are all captivating and so French!!! We've bought a lot from her through the years. She remains and still is the Best French antique dealer in Sydney . Highly recommended. 5 star all the way !!!
