I rang made a appointment 2weeks prior to going then on day your staff member rang and pushed appointment forward because your Dentist had to leave early this is not the customers fault I had my appointment I felt very rushed and the job carried out was rushed not happy with the results felt like the dentist couldn’t get rid of me quicker.There is more work to be done further at a large cost how can you feel comfortable paying for this service when you are rushed out the door.

I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough for my recent tooth extraction.Dr. Nasir clearly explained the entire procedure to me & the whole process from taking the X Ray of the tooth, then giving the anaesthetic & the tooth extraction all done in under 30 minutes with very little bleeding or pain . Even now after the anaesthetic has worn off Thank You will definitely be returning again for my future dental care.

Would not recommend dr Ravi. Charged over $200 for my son and he didn’t he see my sons teeth at all. Charged me over $200 for nothing. Will take your insurance money and provide no services.

Very efficient dentist and nurse. They kept asking how I was going all through the tooth extraction and gave me lots of information and explanations of what was going on throughout. All the staff were nice and empathetic.

I had severe pain from an infection, and was fortunate enough to get in for a last minute appointment with Dr Aditya. He was gentle, and informative, with a fantastic bedside manner. Both Adi and the clinic staff were amazing and very mindful of my anxiety and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend

Mid 2022 I couldn't get an appointment at my normal dentist so I booked an appointment at Pacific Smiles. I only had gum receding surgery a few months prior and told the dentist that I had that so it is sensitive and please be careful. He did not acknowledge it and looked at me very confused and it was very painful getting it cleaned because he went right over it. Since then my gum has slowly started to recede again and I'm pretty sure it is because of this clean, which I will now have to get surgery again which is very expensive. Also recently I got an email about an appointment I never booked so I'm assuming the system automatically booked me into an appointment I never wanted.

Disgusting customer service, all they care about is making money off you. Receptionist tells you one thing on the phone and another thing when you get there. Dentists are extremely rude. Pay for work to only have it fall out after two days and then expect you to pay for it again

I went to Dr A Midha and I was beyond impressed with the service he provided. He was quick and thorough with his work. He is the first dentist in years that I have to and left being satisfied with the dental work I received.I highly recommend him and pacific smiles dental lake haven for any dental needs.

Dr Agrawal is the most wonderful dentist! He is so professional and caring. I have been seeing him for years now. I’m not a fan of the dentist, so he always makes me feel so comfortable. I always recommend him!
