Paws At Port

My moodle baby Billie goes every 6 weeks to Debbie and her crew. Billie is very timid and doesn't enjoy being away from her family but she is very well looked after there. Thanks Debbie.

As I tend to myself first read the reviews before choosing to go to most places that is why today I chose to bring my 6 month old Labrador cross Border Collie to Paws at Port because of its good reviews. Unfortunately at entering the place I can’t say I was even greeted in anyway, the lady behind the desk was so rude and unwelcoming which quite surprised me as i had different expectations. To my surprise she called me 20mins later as I was parking infront of her shop asking me if I can come pick up my viscious dog claiming how she almost bit her while she attempted to dry her. I’ve taken my dog to other places before where staff was so friendly and obviously had a great approach to the dogs where such thing never occured! The dog obviously sensed her unfriendly attitude and didnt trust her as my dog who still is a puppy and lives with my 2 year toddler never showed any signs of aggressiveness neither did we ever receive such comment from previous groomers. To top it off she charged me the full price without doing the full job! Surely I won’t be ever returning to this unpleasent place!

Loved this! My dog is very shy and i thought she would be a pain to groom and wash by strangers and around other dogs but my baby loved it! Great price, Great People and ill definitely be making more appointments here. :)

Harvey the cavoodle loves coming here for a haircut, every time we walk past he runs towards the door to stay hello to his friends.Good value for money, nice to deal with and they do excellent haircuts.
