Staff workers are disrespectful & rude. I asked a employee if she could help me find a product, and she loudly sighed, like I was troubling her. At the checkout the two employees were having a conversation and I had to ask them to serve me three times. Disappointed.

Can't remember her name but I had the kindest piercing lady! She talked my through everything and after when I felt super dizzy gave me some Cordial and let me sit there for 10 minutes till I was ok, she made sure I was taken care of and in result I got the best nose piercing!!

have had 2 piercings here, an lobe and my septum. felt so cared for both times, staff are absolutely lovely. thankyou to the red haired girl working a late shift 19/5, best piercing experience ever, you made me and my friend so comfortable.

My friend got her tounge down like two days ago and when ever she coughs it’s moved n the tip of her tounge goes numb, she has to take it out cause it makes her start choking cause it moves tp a different spot or something all I know is it’s hurting and she keeps putting it in of a morning n I think it’s going to get infected but she loves the pericing so I don’t know if she will leave it alone but I do know she needs help getting it back in it’s the third day now n I’m sick of putting it back in for her. She is so sore n I don’t know what to do should I just leave it out

i bought eyelashes that were 14.95 and nails that were 11.95. COMPLETE waste of money, i got home really excited to put on these nails and eyelashes, the eyelashes box had a rip in it and the eyelashes were heaps more happy than what they appeared. Now the nails, the nails were a really nice colour from the front of the box once the box was completely opened half of the nails were matte whilst the others were a shiny front. This is not a diss towards this store i love cosmetics plus but today it just was not popping off

Had a bad experience with a my first nose piercing. Piercing sunk in and is now stunk inside my nose needing medical attention. The guy that did the piercing no longer works there but the 2 ladies that I spoke with today were great and helpful and gave me a refund. But still probably won't recommend if staff are not properly trained they should not be piercing anything.Really guttered as me&my mum hadnt seen eachother for 4yrs so we got our noses pierced to make it our thing and this happened to the both of us.
