We were out of ideas and felt trapped with an unsocial and aggressive dog. Karen was amazing, she taught us about dog psychology and why our dog was acting the way she was. We were show simple techniques to ensure we were the leaders and how to discourage bad behaviour without rousing or punishing our girl. We had ongoing support, where if we felt we needed help, we got it. Now our dog is much more settled, trustworthy and happier. Thanks Karen!

We recently had Karen come to our home to help us with our 6mth old American Staffy. The quick and lasting changes in some of our dogs behaviour were nothing short of remarkable.There is clear improvement in other behaviours that will take a bit more time but the encouraging thing was marked progress. We have reclaimed our lounge, which our pup had taken over as her own. Recall and lose lease walking are much better. She still gets distracted at times so this is a work in progress.Karen was an engaging and empathetic coach and followed up to ensure we were supported. I would recommend her without hesitation.
