TLDR: Don't go with them unless you are prepared to pay double the initial amount from the get go.Hired this company to create and animate a 30 second video I could use on my new business' social medias. They did create a relevant video to what was requested (hence the two stars and not one), but they also made it over 30 seconds longer than the requested time and charged an additional $1,000+ which I was not initially prepared to pay. They did send updates along the way however never mentioned the fact that the video would go two times my ideal length and cost over two times the initial quoted amount. Even after expressing my concerns with this added sum, asking if they could offer something even as simple as a payment plan (I have been moved to part-time at my job due to COVID and as such would find it less straining on the bank to do this) they ignored/refused.
