Wonderful place to go out for a date, with family or with friends! The service is absolutely lovely and the food is affordable and huge servings! Went for the Parma night and it was superb :)

Pacinos Italian Family Restaurant
Been coming here for years and posting pics but today was our last time. Although the food was great, we were given unfriendly service by the main waiter (manager?). We were also over-charged $21(!) on our bill and, although this was eventually acknowledged, we were offered no apology either verbally or by way of a complimentary drink or coffee for next time. Disappointed.

We just enjoyed a lovely experience at Pacinos!The atmosphere was lively, but not so loud that we could not have a conversation.Our server, Lily, was friendly and attentive, and made our evening smooth and enjoyable.The food was delicious. The range of options, Italian and international, made it hard to choose as it all sounded good.We shared our starters, which came out quickly, then had a nice little break before the mains arrived.I had the veal scallopini from the specials board. It was very tasty and a substantial size.The owner came for a chat and suggested we might like to share a dessert. In the end, we decided to have one each. They were so good, though we could not fit it all in...but we were able to take the left overs home.If you are heading to Melbourne, I definitely recommend booking a table for dinner.The pizzas looked and smelled good too, so I look forward to trying those next time!

The service was nice but I felt the quality of food was lacking. At the prices they have I expected a more impactful experience.The lasagna: I ordered a lasagna which I personally felt tasted no different to a frozen lasagna. It lacked any Bechamel and tasted more akin to a multi layered sandwich of bolognaise sauce. The bolognaise sauce didn't have much if any depth to it, it felt like Basil, tinned tomatoes and salt. This isn't an issue when done correctly but I feel the cooking did nothing to highlight these ingredients and perhaps the ingredients used simply weren't up to par to pull off such a sauce. Minimalism can be wonderful but it must be perfect, without anything to hide behind your base ingredients need to all be perfect.The arinchini: was nice, fluffy, well seasoned. Basil pesto drizzle was tasty. Not much else to say about this.The two pizzas: both had a nice crust, the bases were soggy by the time we got them due to the sauce levels on the pizza. The dough itself was nice, moist and chewy. It had a depth of flavour to each bite which I'm assuming was thanks to a long cold fermentation. The sauce on the pizza was the same one they used for the lasagna, which isn't a bad thing to do but the sauce needs to be killer if you're spreading it across multiple dishes. Overall the pizzas were nice both just needed mild tweaks to their construction. Maybe a slightly thicker base if you're using a lot of sauce or less sauce, And possibly a slightly hotter pizza stone to firm up the base and give it more structure but this could be boiled down to personal preference, the pizzas at a base level were nice.The salad: More or less a standard salad. Grilled Chicken was basic but refreshing, dressing was nice. Feta was creamy but it's feta so what do you expect.Overall I really wanted to love this place, I have such a soft spot for Italian food but I felt this place played nothing but safe. They made their food with the least offensive flavour profile in mind. Which is fine, if you like that sorta of stuff but I personally like to taste a bit of risk, a bit of love and energy in my food.

Went for Lunch on a Saturday. Good place just wasn't busy at all. We had a good time and enjoyed the food. Good spot to have a lunch with friends. Good menu selection and good options for most people. Prices are $30+ per main and burgers are $24-25. We enjoyed our lunch. Would I go back? Sure if I was in the area.

Delicious and friendly service. After moving in very locally to this restaurant it has become a new go to! All of the staff are very friendly, pizza and pasta are delicious (great serving sizes for the pasta). And best of all it’s always a quick wait time and accurate to the ready time given! Great job Pacinos!

Wonderful family restaurant to dine at. Staff were very attentive and service was great! We had a booking for 16ppl and the food was delicious. Some of the best pasta I've had in a long time. It was to celebrate my dad's birthday and we were able to bring our own cake without charge. Five stars from me and will DEFINITELY be back!

It's a great atmosphere the meals were good quality and I would definitely return. My only complaint how the owner hovered over you rushing us at times rather than letting us enjoy our meal and social chatter. Time is money but if you make people feel uncomfortable you won't get our time or money.

An Italian restaurant that offers the works - pasta’s, pizza’s, steaks, parma’s, burgers ect.Great friendly service, very warm and welcoming venue.Ordered the Chicken Parma which was massive and there was no way in finishing it.We also got the seafood linguine, it was tasty however I don’t think the seafood was the freshest.A must order is the garlic bread.6.4/10
