Came here the other day for a group boxing session and was really impressed by Luke's professionalism and passion to his club. Luke's knowledge and experience when it came to running the class was exceptional and I really enjoyed the work out. Really nice facilities aswell. Well done guys! Keen to see this club grow.

Have just come off an intensive 6 week PT program with Luke after recent spinal surgery and am feeling better about myself and my fitness than I have in years. Luke is a genuine master at what he does and knows where to push and how to rebuild strength where needed. Skip the physio and come see this guy instead, 10/10.

My son trains with Luke and loves it! Great skill training and discipline, and he looks forward to every session. I was also impressed that he is firm with the kids that he doesn't train bullies - responsibility goes with skills.
