Staff is amazing! I'd give 5 stars just for staff, but the old man owner is very rude to both staff and customers so id rather just leave it at 2.

I respect that they are a charity run by volunteers, but if they advertise opening and closing times they should stick to it. I arrived at 3:50 pm. Google maps and the sign on the door say they close at 4:00pm and they were already closed. I have had this experience at other Vinnie's stores

I love op shopping but definitely not a fan when my time is wasted when the store is not even open at 3.10pm when it should be open..this has happened multiple time..Updates your times or just stay open to what is said
