A humble and cozy little area, the smell of shoe oil really sets the rustic atmosphere. The owner is very down to earth and friendly, his help and demeanor is one of a kind. Thank you for fixing my boot zips and giving my bag some more personality! Will be back whenever I need more of these related repairs

What a fabulous gentleman Gary is. He is a very busy man, so I very much appreciated it when he said he could resole my shoes yesterday morning. As I’m not a local he managed to squeeze me in so I could take my much loved shoes home. He went the extra mile and fixed other parts of my shoes so they look like new. Thankyou very much for a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back.

I reckon I dropped off my first pair of shoes to Gary nearly 20 years ago and to this day I won't have anyone else touch RMs. A true master of his craft and a great bloke as well.

When I was in Townsville for my Graduation, I needed an urgent belt hole punching service for my belt which is gifted by my girlfriend. I visited here and the man from this shop did it for me for free. He is generous and professional in his job. I strongly recommend this place.

I wouldn’t trust my shoes in any other persons hands!!! Knowledgeable, honest and my shoes always come back looking better than I dropped them off. New soles, heels and polish.He stitched my bag as well, good as new!!You will not be disappointed!
