The sonographer did not make me feel comfortable at all and he made me feel like I was being judged for everything I said. When I asked if everything looked ok he told me to stop stressing". He wasn't very professional and I don't think i will come back to this clinic. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lovely customer service I received from the receptionists. If they hadn't of been as polite and professional I would of only given 1 star for this review."

Wonderful staff very professional, have had both male and female sonographer and was very happy with both. The receptionist is lovely.

The most friendliest and welcoming staff at the front counter I have EVER experienced.Gemma and Faith looked after me for my procedure and were so lovely, comforting, and sweet. Explained every step to me during and after my procedure. Even remembered me from my previous visit which was so nice! I have never encountered this ANYWHERE else. Highly recommend and thank you ladies, you are just amazing!

Have been for a few images recently. First had a trainee sonographer who was great at putting you at ease, professional and took her time, and explained why she was getting additional support. Very happy.Have gone back a 2nd time for procedure after imaging the week before. My only issue was being able to get an email copy of my results. (Couldn't get GP appt in the week between, meaning I would've had my procedure prior to seeing GP for results! Understand the need for most needing to see GP and have explaination, but sometimes a little leeway is needed)Other than that the appointments have always been easy, staff put you at ease. The centre is clean and they do not keep you waiting at all which I really appreciate.

Had a scan done a year ago. Report was very basic. They didn't release the images or report even after asking multiple times. My GP has also requested this multiple times, and everytime I'm at my GP, she requests it time after time. I got a referall to get another one done just last Saturday through SKG, what a delight that was. Within 12hrs I had a client portal login to view my scans and report. They also had never heard of this place, and on my new MRI report, previous findings states cannot access previous report".Also went back 6months later for an ultrasound on my shoulder. This was done by the rudest person I've met. He didn't care that I was in excruciating pain and was grabbing my arm and moving it without warning or asking. I told him firmly multiple times to relax with the movements

Recently had to have ultrasound, injections and doppler ultrasound done. The staff there were incredibly good, friendly and professional, offered support, kindness and empathy, which made the experience less scary and less stressful. I thank you all for the wonderful service. Great work, well done.

So happy! The reception girls are lovely & welcoming. + I got seen to straight away for X-ray, without an appointment. Was in and out in a flash, no time wasting. Highly recommended

Wonderful centre, great customer service, and very professional sonographers. Would have been nice to be offered access to the images or given printouts after the scans were completed,
