Amazing customer service!! I misread the closing time for Saturday but was fortunate enough to catch the owner/manager before he drove off. He was nice enough to stop, have a chat and provided a solution. Sonny and staff went over and above with their customer service and I am very grateful. Thanks so much!

A breath of freash air, helpful and courteous. Prices are marginally higher than Cleavers but it's worth it to avoid the arrogant and often rude management staff there.Anything they don't have in stock they're happy to order for you.Another big plus, they now have an instore gunsmith.

I have always had the best service form these guys. I have always found that if they haven't got what I am after, they can usually source it and for great price. Love their honesty too, such as when they cant get what I am after they let me know pretty quickly and generally steer me in the right direction of where I could get it.Have never had the same high level of service anywhere else. Highly recommend them.

Not happy at all, bought a spika shooters vest couple of weeks ago and asked if there was any type of warranty like a faulty zip or some tear and was told if there was any fault in the vest it would be my fault not the vest, no matter what you buy in australia there is allways some type of warranty.

Been dealing with the boys down caboolture firearms over the last six to eight months and can't thank them enough with the help and time they have been willing to put in.Right from getting my license through to getting my first rifle (and a couple others) pointing me in the right direction with different ranges and lending advice and answering questions about everything and in between, couldn't recommend a better place to go whether you are an experienced shooter or just looking too get started I'm sure these boys will beable to help!10 out of 5 all day.
