Serenity Nails

Not good customer service. After waiting for 40min for nail colour to dry, it did not! When paying I said I was not happy and I was leaving with naked nails. The supervisor argued with me and insisted on the price with only $5 discount for no nail colour. NO apology and NO consideration for the customer. It’s all about $$$.No such thing as “the customer is right” at this place. Avoid!

I don’t even want to put one star for this place. I never complain but they completely butchered my nails shaved all of my natural nail off and burned it underneath when “cleaning” them. Butchered the paint job. Made me pay still and refused a refund even tho they were rough and my nails looked like a 3 year old had done them. Then when I got them fixed up an hour later because I couldn’t stand to look at the paint job another second, they made me wait for 35 minutes before even greeting me. Repainted and left old colour on. My nails are chipping the next day and you can see through the coloured tips they’ve put on. The paint job is even worse than the first one. DONT GO HERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - you’re welcome in advance :( also their replies to everyone is absolutely cooked. No accountability obviously I was going to ask for a refund you butchered my nails and your idea of a French manicure is patchy and incomplete tips lol

All I wanted was my toes painted and payed $45!! When I’ve never payed more for then $35.. I asked twice for them to be cut down shorter and not square and I was ignored. They are still the same length, the edges weren’t filed, 4 nails are only half painted, all around my toes had paint on them, they were sharp and rough. Had to come home and do them again myself. Terrible experience.

My nails are great but but I don’t understand how the price and go from $50 for a refill last fortnight to $70 this week because I got glitter? $20 extra? Do I get the mail paint to? Bit silly. Usually only cost $80 to get nails done for a fresh set not a refill!!!! When did prices change?

I got a pedicure on Tuesday, just basic white toes. Staff was lovely and the lady I had was lovely however during the process of doing my nails, when she filed my toes was a little rough and went into my skin on two of my toes, now a couple days later since then they’ve been red, swollen and sore and both have become infected now. Great service but it needs to be a bit more gentle and cautious.

Wonderful salon, they’ve always done a Brilliant job no mattter which nail tech I’ve seen! Definitely recommend ❤️

I had a shellac pedicure and noticed when I got home it was all bumpy and there was polish over my skin. Worst pedicure I have ever had. I told the lady doing the pedicure that it was all bumpy and she tried to fix it but did a Terrible job. Never had a bumpy or rough pedicure like it! Certainly will never ever use this place again!

I was in Brisbane visiting family and had a nail appointment booked at a home salon with an incredible artist who had to cancel last minute. Still wanting my nails done I went here to get a pedicure and set of acrylics which cost me almost $200!!!! Not to mention my feet were bleeding they kept putting more polish and acetone over the top of my open wounds which burnt by the way! They aggressively dug at my nail beds while chatting to each other and I just sat in silence in my phone trying not to scream in pain. I then put my shoes and socks back on (which once I got home had blood stains and got my acrylics done. Firstly I had clean nails I didn’t have acrylics on before going in they used the nail drill to file my nails so incredibly thin you could see bits of blood showing then the wipes over my almost nonexistent nails with acetone ouch! As for the way they looked all I wanted was a French tip they were so uneven, lopsided and crooked they were all too thin and flimsy and the shape wasn’t the same on all of the nails either. I could hardly use my fingers for over a week because of the pain and once they started lifting it was excruciating I considered going the hospital to get them carefully removed because my nails underneath were hardly there. I wouldn’t rip them off without ripping my real nails off too and I didn’t dare get an infill because of the pain I was in and the state of my nails. Once all of the nails lifted off which was only 2 and a bit weeks as well I had to wear bandaids on my nails and still months later haven’t been able to get my nails redone by my regular nail lady back home because my nails are still recovering…
