Cottee Real Estate sold me my first home!They were great to deal with; very professional, helpful and patient with my questions as a first home buyer. Cottee Real Estate have managed our new home in Brighton since construction was completed in 2015. They have been doing a fantastic job.They carry out all their routine inspections and report back, when our first tenant fell behind in the rent they were straight onto it and had it sorted straight away and when a new tenant needed to be found they did this so efficiently the property wasn't vacant for even a day.We are interstate so it was essential to have a great managing agent.Thank you Michael and your team for taking care of our property.
