Wonderful place for food and drinks.

It's an OK place to visit now & then, not too much atmosphere a bit more on a raffle night, for about an hour ! Staff OK.

Great staff and friendly atmosphere.The food is good and the beer is cold too.

New family to the area & state. We ordered our meals with a lady by the name of Jennifer who was absolutely delightful. Had our whole family sold on becoming members of the establishment.Then while my husband and I were getting some drinks at the bar we asked our children to sit at a table close by while we purchased our drinks. Was told by the duty supervisor JANE that children cant be seated in this area. Then she said that they could be standing but the issue was that they were seated. Even after I explained that they were just waiting for us she just kept banging on about the rules. I get they have rules but OMG her delivery to 2 potential new members was disgraceful. We were happy to comply but were never given an opportunity to understand the rules.Well done Jennifer you had 2 new members hook line and sinker ready to sign up.Then along came Jane who made sure that we will never become members of the club.Your loss and another clubs gain.For the record Jane you wouldn't know customer service if it bit you and its sad to see other bar staff with the same appalling attitude as yourself. A member pays your wages, I suggest you remember that.The culture of the club was definitely not kid friendly as promoted on the web site..Our children were sitting quietly waiting for us. The establishment is said to be kid friendly and yet over a 90 minute period we witnessed several staff complaining to parents about their children. One staff member said that the children should be playing in the play ground however the play ground had a great big sign on it saying playground closed. I'm not sure what they expect children are going to do if there is no play area for them.

Went and had lunch 4-3-2016, and what a rip off.We order 2 lunch time rump steaks $11.00 for members & $13.50 for non members. So we are non members. One out of the 3 people served us and ask did I want gravy & what sort. I did order gravy for both of them. So you think our order should of come to $27.00. You'd think!$31.50 later we sat and had a piece of meat that taste like processed meat.The lady at the reception when you come into the club ask us for feedback and to let her know, but unfortunately she was not there on our way out. If your going to charge extra for gravy then let your customers know this. Otherwise being sneaky in the end won't pay off. No one out of 3 people let me know of an extra charge for anything. Won't be returning there for food.
