Staff are amazing, went above and beyond cant praise them enough! Awesome selection, bikinis are the best! Love this shop!!

Had a great experience during Black Friday Sales. Was able to get a wetsuit fitted by one of the team members, helping me get the right size and fit so they provided excellent customer service. Best price for a wetsuit out of all competitors.

Just an all round brilliant shopping experience. No overcrowded racks, room to move freely through the store, attentive happy knowledgeable staff, great diverse stock for all shapes and sizes and one very happy mother of 3. Found the whole experience enjoyable and the reasonable prices topped of a successful shopping trip. Thank you so much.

Terrible experience. Customer experience is atrocious wated about 5 minutes to get served after staff looked at me with a blank stare on there face and just ignored. Second time it has happened and won't be back again.I think management need a good talking to with there staff

Christina has Poor customer service skill, lacks in communication, gets aggressive an Agitated at her customers, has no clue about instore policies or legislation regarding retail ,refuses to exchange an item that was to small. Inappropriate behaviour by her. Inadequate to do a simple retail role. Obviously this is a reflection of her training

Visited based on getting great customer experience when they were JR's.Unfortunately it's now run by 15-year olds and the products are factory seconds quality.They need to fix their returns policy - disagreeing to a refund or exchange on obviously faulty items until offering to purchase something of higher value isn't the way to win good customer relations.Not even close to what this store used to be, steer clear :(

I had the greatest service in Boxing Day at weekends surf co. Was welcomed into the store by smiling staff and a great atmosphere. Although it was busy, I was well looked after and always assisted and asked if I needed a hand in looking for any items. Weekends surf co is a family owned business and it was amazing to be able to support a South Aussie business. Ended up happily spending over $900 here and it was very worth it. I will be coming back to weekends surf co!!

I visited the store in Marion shopping centre to look at buying a new wetsuit...been surfing since I was 8yrs old, I'm 55yrs old now.Got to chatting with the guy on sales...had to laugh when he told me of a young customer wanting to return his wetsuit because it was too tight around the neck, but otherwise fitted great ;-D ;-D ;-D....obviously it was the kids first wetsuit.Wouldn't have been half as funny if the sales guy was just a sales guy and didn't surf too.

Wow,what an amazing range of surfwear,boards etc for men,women and kids! Choc-a-block full of amazing array of up to date products,all reasonably priced merchandise! Some of the brands include Ripcurl, Quicksilver, Roxy, Billabong, Hurley, Havaianas, Santa Cruz and much much more! Great range of clothing, tees, swimwear, hoodies, wet suits, backpacks, watches, footwear,hats/caps,wallets, jewellery,surfboards,too much to list, so it pays to call in and see for yourself at the extensive range!They also pride themselves on their knowledge and experience! Wonderful friendly helpful service from Alicia and crew! Love their Ripcurl polos and t shirts! I'll be back to purchase more!
