The team did a fantastic job repairing body and paint work on my car. Very impressed with the paint job on the doors that needed fixing, it's impossible to see where the work was done. Callum was great to deal with, the service was excellent and I can't recommend them highly enough. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now.

Callum and the crew at Northside Stafford were outstanding in their handling and repair to paintwork for 2 of my vehicles. Terrible customer service - when I queried a further delay, the manager was agro and confrontational! I asked if he always speaks to customers like that! So many delays with parts etc but not once did he apologise, he just blamed everyone else ie. wrong part arrived, damaged part arrived, it’s your insurer, it’s Mercedes…. Initially it was to be there for 2 weeks, longest I’ve ever had a car at a repair shop! But then it went over the 2 weeks! And they’d fitted the wrong grill, and hadn’t completed another part of the job! So weeks later it went back to them… initially he said we could just wait there for it to be finalised…. But then he needed it for a day…. That day became 4 days…. And then they’d done a half-arsed job and the parking sensors weren’t working! His response was that that would require an auto electrician! He didn’t state to bring it back in, obviously hoping we’d not bother! Currently the insurer has allowed me to take it to our mechanic who discovered that they hadn’t done the job properly…. So it was lousy customer service and a bodgy job!

A detailed quote was provided the day we had the car assessed at a very competitive price. When we were ready to do the work, the work was performed in the time period advised, at the quoted price and to a high standard. Everything about dealing with this company was easy. Highly recommend.

This company gave me and honest quote and repaired my car in record time. Their service was so good that it has spurred me to get even more repairs on my car that I was originally not going to bother with. Will be going back several times to fix the body of my car.
