I got Gel manicure. Worst service ever!The lady actually cut my finger, she just put Band-Aid on my bleeding pinky. Then she took me to the counter for payment while my finger still bleeding and stinging.She only gave me $10 discount (I paid $40 ), no apologies at all.I wanted my nail look pretty for Xmas party, instead, I got a bleeding sore finger with bandaid on . Never ever go back and recommend!

Absolute joke of an experience. I’m still in here now waiting for my “pedicure” to be finished. I went in and asked for a full pedicure. I was rudely asked… and what colour do you want.. payment was made before service. Was so looking forward to walking out with nice smooth finish however that was not the case “oh no we don’t offer dead skin removal with this pedicure… you have to pay extra. The girl doing my pedicure had no idea what she was doing and when I asked for dead skin removal I was met with a rather negative response from the team member. What happened to good customer service???? Please if you’re wanting to have a lovely inviting relaxing experience.. do not go to this place!!!

Got a gel manicure. Was asked if I wanted my nails cut to be even and said yes. She proceeded to cut my nails so short they now sting. I had relatively even and long nails before this. When I told her she had cut them down to the skin her response was “it’s your nails, not my cutting”. The paint job was just as bad. Won’t be going back.

Worst pedicure I have got in my life. They don't shave the dead skin of your heels, plants, etc. They don't cut the hard dead skin around your toe nails. They don't clean under your nails. They don't put you any moisturiser. They softly scrape with a pome stones your hard skin . They don't cut your nails straight. They don't paint your nails well. They don't clean the foot spas. Filthy gross unprofessional nail salon.

The worst pedicure I have ever had!My cuticle was cut and bled, she didn’t cut and file the nails correctly, and the gel polish was applied very poorly.Horrible experience overall.

It's the worst manicure gel ever had. I just had it yesterday afternoon and it's already chipped.The lady who did my nail made my finger bleed. She kept apologising and gave me $10 discount, but I wished I didn't come to this place.

Editing an old review. I used to come here every two weeks, religiously. I would get a full set of acrylics and then infills fortnightly. Some of their nail techs do a great job- and unfortunately, some of them do an awful job. It is the luck of the draw as to who you will get. The last THREE times I have been, I have ended up with a very inexperienced tech. She used the electrical file on my natural nail and filed it down so thin that the nail cracked and my skin was poking through from underneath. She also cut me several times with the electric file and buffer- almost every finger was bleeding a little as I left. The nail shape was incredibly uneven and she didn't even use the colour I chose. Every single aspect of that appointment went wrong.I am sad that the quality has gone so downhill and will not be returning. A salon is only as strong as its weakest technician.

Fast, rough, and not at all bothered by the outcome. After my finger nails almost being ground down to the beds while having my gel removed, the man did a unexpectedly ok job on the basic nails I requested. However my toes were a complete different story the woman painted over my skin as I watched her assuming she would clean it off before curing.. but no straight under the light it went - wonky sides and all. Cheap yes, but you certainly pay for what you get…

Poor service. Half the polish was on my skin not on my nails. I had to tell the technician to clean the polish off my skin and to fix it up as it was very messy. When I expressed my concerns I was told it was my fault that the job was done so terribly because I didn’t get a full pedicure service. There was no apology, no compensation. Horrible customer service and execution. More training needs to be had. I walked out extremely cranky after wanting to treat myself.
