The guy on the cash register hid some of the items that I wanted to buy. Very odd. I had a fair amount of stuff. I had a sore leg so I had to go through the cashiers register, not the self-serve. I put the kiwi fruit box and the bananas on the register, but he did not put them them through. he must have put them somewhere for a joke. When I got home I finally noticed that they were not there, and I definitely remember putting on the counter, so I thought that I had left them there. But seeing the receipt I realized that the cashier never put them through on the 28/04/03 at around 10am. I don't know what ethnicity he was, but he was about 5'11 with a slightly feminine voice. It is really immature that someone would do something like that."

Beautiful new, fresh, clean store close to Perth City and local apartment blocks and entertainment district of Mt Lawley.Convenient undercover parking with lift and travelator to the store.The store is laid out well with everything easy to see and reach. Staff seem polite and helpful.My only criticism is that they don't have much of a variety of the same products of the same. Eg: one variety of canned beetroot, 3 varieties of toothpaste and so on..I found that some of the regular product brands that I buy weren't available here.

Been there few times . First impression was good . Store is clean and has lot of stock on aisle's. Variety of bakery items available . lot of check out counters for fast and easy checkouts . staff were courteous and helpful. was looking for something and one of the staff helped me to find the product . store look and feel is good. upstairs' car park is convenient .

This is a nice woolies. Well stocked with a good range of products. Nice and clean and visually appealing. The recent edition of scan and go is also great, saves us heaps of time when checking out.

Always a great selection of vegetarian options and fresh fruit & veg. Undercover parking is also a bonus and they made the clearance height suitable for 4wd vehicles.

Great service from Maria and James tonight at your Highgate store. I’m a regular here and staff are always so friendly. Tonight was busy and store looked understaffed but Maria still provided a friendly service at the checkout and helped me with returning an item and James was very helpful too. Well deserved recognition and shoutout.

Poorly stocked supermarket. So many things are unavailable so it's hard to do a weekly shop. Plus, the range is really basic - so many supermarkets in the area do interesting things like cut up fruit, salads in the deli, premium baked goods. The sushi is a start but it's not enough.
