I have had the pleasure of using and dealing with Tyson of Byson air a few times for some work. The first time was when I asked Tyson to install 3 brand new split system air conditioners in my home back when I first purchased my house. Tyson is an absolute gentleman to deal with, arrived on time, very well presented and was very professional with his work.All units were installed where I wanted them and quick. He even cleaned up and took all the rubbish after him (which is a stretch these days) When he saw the old unit that I had in the living room that came with the house Tyson cleaned it up and serviced it so it was working absolutely perfectly.The second occasion I had Tyson over I asked him to service the ducted heating, because I was having issues. This was in the peak of winter and he was under the pump but said he would take the time out on his weekend to do this job. Sure enough, arrived on time, well presented and ready to do the job. Did it promptly and just for good measure made sure all the air con units he installed a year ago were still in great condition.The third occasion, my wife wanted a heater duct in the laundry, I called up Tyson and the duct was installed a few days later. Sure enough everything was 110%Good help is hard to find these days. Lucky the guys at Byson Air are one of the good ones. I couldn't recommend them higher! Big thanks to Tyson and the Byson team for their determination in troubleshooting an elusive problem with an install from a previous installer. The service was super friendly and came with a wealth technical knowledge. Definitely the first point of call in the future.

Got Byson to complete and assessment of my central heating system which had a broken main unit (had bad experience getting a service done by another group). Byson came around and chatted through options and provided a quick turnaround for a quote and installed new main heating unit within a few days. Open and honest guys who talked through different options for upgrades and reverse cycle but ended up just replacing like for like which was no dramas.
