Unfortunately I had to press a star to be able to write a review.I will never use your services station again you have just lost a lot of money from me.No more fuel for bikes no more fuel for cars no more fuel for trucks from you.When you first opened up till now you always served people with opened faced helmets on bikes until today when you have decide off your own back to denie.Every other woolworths caltex serves all customers only thing they ask is to open helmet and take off glasses as they can see and record your face.Unlike wearing a sheet over your head where you can not see anything but a letter box slot.There is NO SIGNS ON WINDOWS OR AT THE PUMP STATING FOR HELMETS TO BE REMOVED.VERY DUMB MOVE.Your quote for damage done to one of our vecheles because you did not install cut off switch to pump is now being prepared by another work shop which is way higher.And you have already accepted liability for the damage.I will be informing a lot of people who also ride drive cars and trucks to avoid you.Bad move caltex bad move.P. S.I have never tried to cover up my identity or not paid for fuel.But if I ever do entre your service station again it will be with a sheet on my head.

Not sure since branded ampol but when caltax it was double the price of everything in store to other servos

The fuel may have been cheap, however the customer service was even cheaper. The console operator was very rude, when she asked if I wanted a second item for a extra few dollars, she replied it’s not a hard question.

The station was conveniently located but that's about the only thing positive. Only 2 of the oil pumps in the station offers 91 fuel and there is no place for proper U turn (I almost got into an accident trying to make a U turn to one of the pumps that offers 91). The station charges more than 2% surcharge for credit card however there is no warning sign or notice about it (i specifically looked around for the warning sign before I paid and didn't see any - only find out when I get my receipt). Also, this is not a Woolworth associated fuel station therefore I could not use the Caltex fuel docket. There is another Woolworth Caltext fuel station just around the corner I think customers are much better off going there - I certainly won't visit here again.

I'm a long time customer who gets a coffee there most mornings and fills up there once a week. I recently went there put $20 in the tank and realized I had left my wallet at home. I offered to leave my wallet, cards and new Samsung phone there and come back and pay and I was told I was stupid" and a thief and that they would call the police on me (the person who was insulting and trying to intimidate me was apparently the store manager). long story short never go there they are abusive and rude and quite possibly racist."

Great place to get fuel when you need it and not such a great place to get all your essentials unless your willing to pay a small fortune ofcourse

Not real happy with thier 91We had our car serviced 4 mo ths prior - 1st time filling up here. I put 60 dollars of 91 in my car and it didnt last 70kms. I drive a 6cyl. To say I was in shock would be an understatement - however after asking around on the buy sell swap groups alot of people avoid getting fuel from here because the fuel just disappears?I took it to our mechanic who has always done the services on our cars to see if there was something wrong with my car (as any normal person would) and he said that everything was fine on my car - I might've got a watery batch of fuel or possibly someone had confused tanks and I'd ended up with e10?Still 60 dollars and 70ks :/But I wasnt chancing throwing another 60 dollars away so I started using the united down the road. When I went to tell the teller at the caltex what had happened they werent interneted. The young lady there was apologetic but I think she didnt know how to handle it or what was wrong, and as a console operator - she might not have. I left my contact details as I'd had my mechanic also go over my car. No one bothered to call back.
