I made a mistake and took my car to this place for a regular maintenance, there was an oil leak... was told that was normal. After I saw an engine control light I took it there and they replaced a part that wasn't faulty. After complaining they agreed to service my car again and have a look at it but all they did is to restart the computer so the light disappears.I had to take my car to a different place to fix it, spent an another 3k as an oil was found all over the spare plugs and many other issues made by the guys at Capital Auto Repairs.If you've got a german car, please, take it somewhere else. They have no idea what they're doing.

Have known these people since 2019, Vic has been doing a lot of the work on my cars. Now with the new manager Jack we get a clearer breakdown of all the work items, parts and labour on the tax invoice. They know what they're doing. Keeps you updated and in the loop. They only do what is necessary unlike others who change entire systems. You're treated like family. Highly recommend if you have an older BMW.

Brought the car in, needed work done urgently for my mother in law, Jack’s fixed the electric chair, fixed the oil leak and serviced car in two days, and did it for a cheap price. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Received a quote for a clutch repair so we went with this company. The quote was verbal which was our first mistake, however, this business then decided to undertake unauthorised additional works without any consultation and then charge over 50% more. I have never come across any mechanic or repair shop to carry out works without first receiving permission to do so, then advising of the costs and works involved. The manager was very defensive and argumentative when we questioned the additional unauthorised works. Would not recommend and will not use this place again.
