I had roller shutters fitted to my house by Modern. The sales technique used is an insult to a person's intelligence and is designed to pressure prpspective buyers to make quick decisions. I knew what the salesman was doing and that sales pressure does not work with me.I buy if I want it and not because of any so called 'geat today only deal',The Shuttes work as they should and I am happy with them so far.The main reason I had them fitted was to reduce or eliminate condensation on windows.Condensation is reduced but not eliminated althogether despite what the salesman said. I did not believe it would be eliminated completely so I am reasoabley satisfied with the performance from that aspect.I have noticed the sutters provide additional insulation and there is an improvement in retained heat in my house.

Bit of a weird one..Was all booked in for someone to come and quote not that I was really worried about the price as I had already decided to purchase and just wanted to evaluate options and have a think once provided said options.Was called the day before someone was to attend and quote and told they would not visit to quote unless I accepted the quote at the end of the booking which I thought was rather strange. Lady on the phone tried to repeatedly pressure meinto this so decided against proceeding.
