Nothing special. Service was absolutely slow. Staff just standing around. Food finally came out and was not even hot yet warm.

First time getting a coffee from Macca’s. Went through via online order. Got there and they said they wouldn’t complete order due to it pending. Said I had to pay for it again in order to receive it. Money has already been taken out of my account. Does not make sense to me. Said I can’t afford to pay twice for something. So cancelled it and now have no money and no coffee. Bad form McDonalds. If the app doesn’t work don’t have it.

purchased a ceaser salad was put in a cardboard box for a big mac 90%of it was lettuce no chicken and was charged 11 dollars it was put in a bog underneath chips apple pies and burgers this was from Thornton store never go there again.

I have gotten food poisoning TWICE from this place. Same meal. The chicken ceaser wrap. I am unsure if the sauce is out of date or what. I am currently stuck with it AGAIN, and it is just absolutely disgusting. And I’m talking about full blow both from the basement and the attic. Consistent abdominal pain, fevers,chills etc.. PLEASE see that none of your food is expired or contaminated. I will not be eating from this place again:)

A total digusting experience. I ordered a toasti I received 2 crusts as my bread. see attached pictures.I also ordered raisin toast & receive raisin bread. they were too busy care.A disgrace to McDonalds.

This store has easy access & drive thru seems to be always busy, went in store to order, was directed to the self order screens where staff done the order, then back to counter to pay cash. Classic Angus large meal was made in I’d say 5 min, fries were straight from cooker salted & hot, burger not so much. Meal tasted okay, store seemed clean with staff clearing tables regularly? I found all to be okay

I am yet to get a correct order,complaint emails made multiple times and after about 2 months I got a reply.The reply offer was my items that I ordered the first time..Nothing more,not even a .50c cone..Cmon Macccas pick your game up, Hungry Jacks gives me free items near every time I go..And the burgers are honestly better,I only come here cause I grew up with you as a kid, problem is you have not grown.Chips are cold,burgers small,nuggets like lumps of wood,thick shakes are never working, the menu is stagnant.The Hamburgler is to blame I reckon..A shady character was he!Im done with you tome to say good bye..My kids will be bought up on KFC and Jack's,time for a new dynasty in fine dining to rule this fine country!!

Macca's are gradually declining in all areas I feel. Once apon a time their amenities,grounds and seated areas were always clean. Now you hardly see anyone out from behind the counter. The service now seems to be geared towards drive through and not the instore experience it once was.
