I had my shaft balanced and bearing replaced and the work carried out was okay and price was okay as well. i only had one problem, on inspection of a noise in my car (not the shaft) my mechanic had noticed a bolt was missing on the Tail shaft, i contacted Universal about this and he replied that all work was checked and it was'n there fault. i asked what am i to do about this now as you were the last ones to remove and replace the shaft? he said order that part (bolt) from Ford, this was an additional cost of $80. The customer service was terrible and took no responsibility of there work, didn't even try to help or offer a solution.

Quick and affordable but above all they did a perfect job. I had a front double Cardin drive shaft for a Jeep that another major Brisbane drive shaft balancing company had tried to fix twice. I gave up with them and went to Universal Drive Shafts and they fixed it first time . Thanks guys, great job, I'm very happy

A big shout out to Steve and Ben who were serious about solving my Jeep's driveshaft issue from the start - after a number of attempts at having my issue inspected, Ben fitted us in - quick time, actually removed and inspected the shaft and diagnosed the issue reliably - unlike others who suggested spending around $4k to see if that fixed the issue. Not only that but they found a local sourced replacement at a fraction of the price saving OS shipping costs and delays. Reliable, easy to deal with and kept me posted all the way - thanks gents - great old fashioned service !

It's hard to get good service theses days, but not here...Today I took my SUV to have my cv axles replaced. Short after I dropped off Steve called to let me know that it's not the cv axles but a gearbox mount instead. So back I go and he still had it up on the hoist to show me, that's is a plus as well. He told me that best to start there instead of spending $660 or so on cv axle replacement. They could of done the job, charge me and then after tell me that it's a gearbox mount that is split instead. Instead they didn't... I offered to pay for his dues but he said no , Just brilliant hard to find this type of great service" thanks and cheers..."
