DO NOT GO HERE. I use to go to a professional brow girl who had my eyebrows mapped out perfect. I started going here cause it was closer to home and the first few times I liked it because they followed my original eyebrow girls shape. But over time they butchered my eyebrows and they are now COMPLETELY UNEVEN one is so high one is so low and it makes my face look so weird.I went there and asked them to not touch ONE certain area so I can let the hair grow back evenly. I sat in the chair for 40 seconds while she threaded it and left looking EXACTLY the same. So messy and un even. I ended up going back to get a refund and she said “I’ll fix it”. She was pushing my head back and forth roughly and had an attitude because I complained at her incompetence. GO TO PROFESSIONALS!!!

I took their service for my post weeding photo shoot and my MUA Aman did a great job. She went above and beyond to make me look beautiful with all the available resources she had, however they did not had many options for some products. She did all she could and I am happy with her service.

My mum went to grace 3 days ago and we were greeted by a friendly staff member named noor. She was extraordinary with her eyebrows shaping and eyebrow henna. She did an amazing job and till now it looks great. Would definitely recommend noor for eyebrow shaping and henna and she'll definitely be coming back.

Do not go here , she burnt my forehead and cheeks as the wax was extremely hot.I was in agony and told her I Iwas in pain and she replied it was normal. I thought it could due to my skin being sensitive, but I have never had pain or burns on my forehead or cheeks .It's 8.30pm and I still have blisters from the hot wax .She told me it will settle within 30 minutes and massaged my face with a cream that stung really bad as it was perfumed and my face went really red.I MET up with my Aunty and she was horrified the way my face was burnt, as she was in the nail shop and all the staff were shocked that my face and forehead were burnt.NEVER GOING BACK .

Use to come here often for my Brazilian & eyebrow threading but after a few times I got my Brazilian the wax was just way too hot on my skin and the worker didn’t bother to check the temp and I was left with really bad irritation to my skin. So I dropped the Brazilian and just went in for my eyebrows from then on but when one of the new workers did my eyebrows she completely ruined them!! One was way to thin compared to the other and she threaded it too much on one. Leaving me with uneven and ugly eyebrows. This happened more then once…Never came back here again. I recommend the evergreen eyebrows infront of Lovisa

Untrained staff and takes for ages to do waxing, no knowledge about waxing and how the hair growth works -keep pulling the strips and wasting the waxAnd still left hair on legs after wasting a good 45-50 minutesnot recommended the untrained staff

The girl here lied about chopping half my eyebrows off. I asked her why half my brow was gone and her response was oh you just have a thin eyebrow on your left. I believed her and went to my doctor as I have a thyroid condition. And with thyroid conditions hair loss in the eyebrows is common. So I went to get medication for my thyroid … however I noticed my eyebrow hair growing back in that area 2 weeks later. This is when I realised that I do not have a thin left eyebrow, I realised that the threading lady threaded off half my eyebrow.. and didn’t own up to her mistake instead made up a untrue story because she didn’t want to take accountability of her mistake. I get it mistakes happen and I’m an understanding person around this. However,I went in today to let the girls in the Coomera store (where they threaded off my eyebrow) know what I had discovered with my brow and I explained what the issue was for me which was (the lying then blaming it on my eyebrow) The two girl checked the system to see who served me last - the girl said it was her colleague - the other eyebrow threading lady standing next to her and her colleague said “oh I don’t remember doing your eyebrows.” She asked me “was it me” and I said “yeah I remember you were the last one that did my brows here” and then she said “I don’t remember saying that to you.” And I said well I’ll be contacting the owner.So I contacted the owner Sarah, and the owner covered it up. She apologised to me which is nice. She offered $10 off but then she continued to lie and say that she checked her computer and saw that the girl who did my brows last no longer works for her however she was in store today and I spoke with her. So for me that is just absolutely terrible. Saying sorry, $10 off and then Further lying. RED FLAGS!!So if you choose to come here know that if anything bad ever happens to your brows (which is highly likely because these things happen) just know they do not take care of you let alone care about your eyebrows!! Shocking service!!I’m happy if they were just honest and said look I made a mistake I’ve threaded off to much hair right here can I offer you a tint for now?Instead she blamed her mistake on eyebrow being too thin and then on top of this her owner lied about her no longer working for them. And only offered $10 off next visit. There is no way I’m stepping foot in this salon again which is sad because I was a regular customer. I will be letting my friends and family know to not spend their money here. Other beauty salons would have done a lot better then this!! Taking my money and brows elsewhere.

If I could give zero I would. Grace Threading & Beauty dropped black dye on my blonde hair tonight and then refused to refund my money and called security. She told me if I used makeup remover it would get the dye out of my hair…. if this is the case what are we paying for?!
