None of the 4 computerised ordering systems that I tried worked. Was there for about 15 mins, left without buying anything.Really weird and annoying that they make it so hard for you to give them money!

Went to West MacDonald's in Tamworth today ordered Bacon Angus Burger with extra onion 1 large fries 1 medium fries and 2 hash browns. Got home to notice burger in bag wasn't what i ordered. Rang up to complain and girl said if I come back in I will get a voucher but as I said to girl that doesn't even help me for lunch today and customers shouldn't have to check orders before they leave. Asked if they could deliver but got told no manager won't allow its staff to deliver. So im down $13.00. Told staff member wont be back and will tell people not to go there. Photo below is what it looks like. Whilst I was waiting in restaurant for meal 2 people came back in with issues with there orders. I waited over 20 minutes for order.

I understand the pressure the staff are under, HOWEVER THIS IS THE SADDEST EXCUSE FOR A SAUCE CONTAINER TO EAT MY NUGGETS!!We waited for 30minutes and didn’t even get notified that they were out of containers.

Please train the young staff how to attend to a customer. So many wandering aimlessly talking about their private lives, and me being the only customer in the store, only ONE polite girl came up and apologised for no one coming to me at the counter.

Everyone working seemed stoned, it took me ages in the drive through, then a wait in the waiting bay, then 500 mtr down the road we realize half our order is missing so I drive back, when I ask them to correct the order they looked at me like they didn't understand why I wanted the order remade ( hello my chips everything going cold while I wait for half my order for a second time), grrrrrr hiss hiss
