We had our fireplace installed by Orlik Heating recently and it was a very smooth process. Despite the owner being very busy he was always very helpful and forthcoming. He gave us the right advice about the type and size of the fireplace and the actual best spot in the house that I honestly thought should be somewhere else at first. I went with his experience and I am glad I did because it is much more efficient. And there is more to it than I thought. Now we don't have to use any other heaters on the coldest days and have substantial savings on energy. The heavy fireplace was brought to the house in the most professional way, without any traces left, everything on soft matts, covered, tidy and carefully laid and mindful to the floor, the installation was super clean and neat. Highest possible standard of workmanship and pleasant dealing by staff from start to finish. Very happy. Highly recommended!

Dusan and his team have installed two new units for us, and have serviced our slow combustion heater, so they have done quite a lot of work for us. And with a two storey home with the flue going through two floors, the reinstallation of a newer, more efficient unit was not an easy one at all, yet the job was done quickly and very efficiently.The whole team is great, dedicated, very knowledgeable, and their workmanship is excellent. The staff in the office also know the products and keep in close contact with Dusan and his team, so appointments and information keep flowing. We recently had a couple of wood heaters installed by Orlik Heating and are grateful for the expert advice and installation experience of Dusan and his team. Our double-story double-brick drafty old mountains house has gone from being a winter cold trap to a wonderfully warm, comfortable and cosy home. We could not be happier with the outcome.
