Matthew did an excellent job cleaning my very stain carpet this morning.....

Our lounge had five years of family use including pets and it was looking less than its best. The technician talked to us about our expectations and then performed a very deep clean. The outcome was much better than we were expecting. The technician was on time, polite, and there was no mess left behind. The lounge looks great. Thanks!

We found a slight mould issue with bottom bedroom ceiling. Electrodry came within 24 hours to check and quote, then arrived 5 days later to treat and clean. Thank you very much!

Had an amazing experience. They were super nice and upfront about what they thought might not work.Had a big red lipstick stain on my carpet they said may not come out but they did a super job and it all came out!Would definitely recommend. Not too expensive and well worth it

Adrian and Adam were both brilliant, they did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Adrian kept us up to date on the progress of the job and expected finish times as we left the house while the men were working. The guys even made the effort to talk to and pat our dog who can be a bit shy with unfamiliar people in our home. We would highly recommend this service and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We needed to get a very grubby and musty armchair cleaned. We arranged a quote via email, which was nice and easy. The man arrived on time, was nice and friendly, and got the job done faster than we expected. The chair came up great, so we're very happy.

This is my third time using Electrodry. Have had issues with 2 Transactions. First time booked. They never put appointment in. So I waited 2 hours for someone that was never coming. On the day the work was done had another Electrodry employee turn up to talk to our technician that was at a job around the corner and asked to use our bathroom. Then today’s appointment was rescheduled twice before I cancelled on them. We don’t live at the place so have to travel to get there. They ask you to be there an either side of the time. Then Get informed 90 minutes before job they would to reschedule again. So over it. What a joke. I will now spend more money on a smaller guy and support local. Wanted a hassle free transaction but every transaction there had been a hassle. Will not ever use them again. Half the time you can’t understand the call center people either which doesn’t help the matter.

The technician was very professional and did such a great shop. The carpets look very clean and we are definitely going to use Electrody again in the future. Thanks so much.

Tim was very professional and friendly and outlined exactly what the process would be. He did an outstanding job on my carpets which were extremely soiled. I really didn’t expect them to come up as well as they did. I’d definitely recommend Electrodr
