They don't even deserve 1 star. I purchased a Euromaid gas freestanding stove and it started rusting all over from the moment I unboxed it. I immediately contacted Glen Dimplex group and they refused to cover this under warranty even though the oven was only a few weeks old. They said the rust was caused by nails dropping on the stove top. ??????? I mean, of all the imaginative excuses one could create, they went with ghost nails..... Did these nails" magically attach themselves to the ovens vertical splash back

I prefer to listen to my own music on my day off, not the hold music for hours on end. No thank you. And answer your emails in a timely manner, I am well within my warranty.. but by the way this is going I will not be. Come on you guys DO BETTER!

Zero stars. I should have read all these reviews before I purchase my Euromaid cooktop. Its funny that I can't leave feedback under Euromaid. Anyway, I've only been using it for 4 months and its stop working. I was trying to claim my warranty but these Glen Dimplex Australia aftersales team is a joke. They are absolutely NOT helpful at all. They try their best to blame everything except their own products. They simply ignore any of their warranty and not respond to my case. I've called many times, also emailed many times. They were rude on the call. And they never respond email. Totally hopeless. Do NOT buy any Euromaid products.

It is my opinion that this company put my family at risk of fire.I’ve tried in vain to ask this manufacturer to help me with their product is making a constant sizzling noise. My built-in microwave has a design fault that causes steam together inside it and the electrical components become wet. I called my own electrician to disconnect the unit that I paid $749 for. It turns out that it is a typical under $100 cheap Chinese microwave with a surround bracket she converted to built-in that would appear not to have proper airflow. It is marketed under the name Baumatic and as a result, I never saw the dreadful reviews for purchase. The electrician confirmed the unit is a fire risk. Thank you, Glendimplex for putting my entire family and Home at risk

I had a part missing for one of my new Microwaves supplied by Glen Dimplex. There was a bit of a wait on the phone but Sifa helped me sort out my query very well and ensured I was satisfied with their response.I'm awaiting the part but the initial interaction was definitely satisfying.

Terrible service. Do not recommend in any way shape or form. Ordered a replacement lower tray for my Technika dishwasher. After providing the make and model number, they proceeded to send me a tray that did not fit. They then sent me photos to ask me if what they were going to resend was correct which was bemusing given that I had already given them the make and model number. Issue 2: I was wanting to get the on/off switch replaced on my Technika dishwasher. They sent out their service person without the part. The service person apologised and said he only finds out what the job he is doing the night before and that if he did not have the part in his van he would have to order it in. I then told him that it was a complete waste of my time and his of which he agreed. He said he would reorder and come back. Roughly 3 months later he came back again without the parts to do the job. He said that he would have to reorder the job. I cancelled and got a full refund. Such a pathetic experience.

I would give them -100 if I could. Bought cooktop from them, got warranty for two years, broken after 1 years. I asked them to send a technician to have a look and if it’s our fault, I am happy to pay. But all in vain, they keep tried for loopholes not to send technicians and not covered the product. Such a shame, they should be shut down. I finally gave up and throw their product in a bin. Worst experience ever..

It wasn’t my choice to engage with GDA. My builder for my new house used GDA and I am struggling to get any warranty service from them. Their phone never gets answered and it’s been over 4 weeks I lodged 2 issues with my stove and dishwasher. Not even a single attempt to contact me. My builder also pushed them, still no success. If possible, avoid using GDA.

Customer service nearly impossible to get in touch with. They answered after weeks of me calling every day waiting up to an hour for an answer and sending emails - After they answered I waited and listened to background office noise for 15 mins before someone finally spoke to me. Charged me $200 for someone to come and look at my cooktop, I paid it and they said theyd organise a time in the coming days, then never followed up. Told me they were trying to reach me but never called or emailed. Back to waiting on hold for an answer now. This has taken 4 months now - just trying to get them to come do a simple warranty repair. Such a nightmare!
