I recently changed from a major courier as I was always on hold for at least 40 minutes just to be told the same things over and over. With OWC the customer service has been exceptional! They always answer the phone within a minute or two. The support team have been able to provide up to date details and if they aren't available, they will call me with an update as soon as it becomes available. I highly recommend you choose OWC for your freight needs!

One World Courier has one of the best user-friendly system and staff support. All are great but Karen and Jesse's an all-time favorite. They're the best go to support for anything. They give the answers you wanted, have always been satisfied. No matter what courier, if you don't have the best support team, will be worth nothing.

Completely useless. I had to make a claim through them and it's been 4 months and all I get when I contact them is we'll keep you updated". Thanks for loosing me $2000. Never recommend unless you want your money taken and get nothing in return. And please don't respond with "please get in contact with us so we can sort this out". I have and you have shown you can't do anything more than send generic email responses."

One World and specifically Cristina kept me informed daily of my delivery from the moment they were notified of the pickup, and also advised on the day that it was being delivered. Cristina also went over and above her responsibilities to me helping me to gain contact with the supplier, which was proving difficult. Where needed I will definitely be recommending One World for people transport/packaging requirments.
