From start to finish it was an easy experience. The girl in the office I spoke with was friendly and able to answer all my questions. The driver was able to manoeuvre the bin into a tight space and was very polite to my wife, and it arrived on time. Will be using again.

Waste of council rates! Too unprofessional to do the job and made up reasons (that were not in their original instructions) to not take hard rubbish. This is an absolute rort of rate payer money. Booked for hard rubbish removal in Hume council as I had to vacate and hand keys back. Hard waste was placed inside property exactly as per WM & council instructions but they did not take the rubbish & made no attempt to notify me. I had to pay someone $350 to take it away on the Saturday in order to hand over property. When I chased them up about it, I was advised it was because it was against a wall of the house outside, & as they might damage the house I would have to move it to the nature strip despite their and councils previous instructions that it was not to be placed on nature strip. This should not be happening when people are following your instructions to the letter. 1 star because it won't allow 0

Not a professional service at all. Collection occurred on a Monday and I then received a copy of the invoice the next day advising that the transaction had been completed as per the terms and conditions, no further balance owing. The following day they charge my credit card for further money with NO communication to me. When I called to enquire they said I had put unauthorised material in the bin. When I requested photo evidence I received unclear photos of a bin that didn't even look like my bin. I did a google review check of WM Waste before I hired so that I would not get poor service and that is exactly what I have ended up with!

Booking the skip bin for my garden waste was a straightforward experience. The driver who delivered the bin, Shane was professional, helpful, friendly and had done a good job in delivering and picking up the skip bin. Would recommend anyone to use their services.

Paid for 8 days they picked it up on the 7th day in the morning and wouldn't bring it back... Pretty poor customer service

I've been using WM waste for years for various DIY projects and they've always been great. I recently ordered three bins one after the other leading up to Christmas. They delivered on time, collected on time and accommodate bin location placement where possible. Couldn't ask for more.

The customer service is better than a 5 star hotel and the flexibility in their quiet times wow.. and when they are busy they will try to alway give the best to help. I hear of the pain people, (builders and trades, now I'm renovating) have with bin companies, I don't know what they are talking about and have recommended WM Waste to everyone. It was recommended to me from the facilities manager at the local school I work with. Thank you to everyone at the office staff and drivers for your positive, helpful attitude that always exceed expectations.
