Ruined already. Could have spent the money wiser on something to bring industry into the area.

At long last - a new attraction has just opened in Leagues Club Park on the Gosford waterfront. And it is a ripper! The Gosford Waterfront Park is a nature inspired space with picnic areas and BBQs. The park is built around three elements - Bulgandry Aboriginal art site, Tidal Terrace (which brings the bay into the park through a shallow waterway) and childrens play ground (with super tunnel slide). Visit this weekend and gasp at a beautiful public space for locals and tourists. What a transformation!

Lovely space with the park, bbq area, workout area, toilets and green space overlooking the waterfront it all works really well together, however I would like to have seen more shaded areas for those summer picnics, most of the space is open with no shade.

As an Indigenous mother, I cannot speak more gladly of this playground. The design and incorporation of traditional Indigenous knowledges and history within a space for children is incredibly important for my family. This is inclusion, and I appreciate that my child will grow up with what I missed out on.

Beware of the bottle filling stations, they protrude across the pathways. They are at head height for younger children and are a collision risk which is even more dangerous given the paths are made of concrete, not soft fall material. Toilets aren't close enough to the play area.

Fantastic new(ish) Park that will serve the people of Gosford for many years to come. Playground. BBQ. Toilets. Tables and seats. Limited shade. Indigenous art-work and wild play" space. Plenty of seating. Water views. Exercise equipment. Nearby playground more suited to older children."

The play equipment area for kids is dangerous. Wood chips spread along hilly area where kids pass through, and big stone slab steps make it difficult for kids to climb down safely. The earth beneath the foundation is already eroding away so it's only a matter of time before it becomes unstable. It's an accident waiting to happen and the council should hurry up and fix it

The park is beautiful designed but requires further work, unfortunately there are no shady trees or covers when it's very sunny. The BBQ benches urgently require covers and the path on the side of the pool on the club side looks unfinished and very ordinary. The water in the pool needs more volume, it's very mudy. Thanks
