Dishonest!!! My car was running slowly for some reason, Nick asked for $650 cash and I paid $650 to change the fuel pump.On the next day when I got the car back, the car stopped in front of a traffic light, I can’t start it anymore.So he charged me $650 without any invoice neither any detail he’s done to my car. The only thing I know is that they made my car stop working and charged me $650.I asked them to try to fix my car but they took my car and DID NOT contact me for two months. Every time I tried to contact Nick he said he’ll call me back but never call me back.Now I have no choice but to give up my carand lost my money.If you want to fix your car, please go to other places where they charge you properly and give you invoice. Not dishonest place running by this ugly clown.

We arrived in town with a mechanical problem, contacted Nick who booked us in. Unfortunately we miss the appointment due to a medical problem. Rang him again and explained what happened he was very understanding and told us to come in at 10 am the following day. He checked the vehicle thoroughly explained what he was looking for and luckily for us all was good. Would recommend him highly. Thank you again Nick.

Nick is a great honest, affordable mechanic. Highly recommend seeing him. Some mechanics can be intimidating for a solo woman but he explained everything to me in plain English, charged a fair price and was super quick with the service.

We were passing through town and our land cruiser started leaking fuel. These guys squeezed us in and generously worked until 8pm to get us back on the road. So caring and thorough, couldn't believe how well they looked after us

Nick helped us out of a pickle on the Easter long weekend, helping find a spare tyre for our van so our trip didn't get too derailed. Super quick, nice, honest and friendly. Also said happy birthday to my partner who was stuck trying to find a spare tyre on his bday!

Nick is a one of a kind mechanic a true rare bread he went out of his way to get me back on the road as fast as posible being in the middle of Australia he managed to find and order a rear drive shaft and cv mount then changed my water pump and service all for 4 hours labour. I strongly recommend for all travelers having problems around the red centre go see Nick . Bloody legend thanks

Really good and quality service. They're save us on the way in our big rad trip. Try best to fix problem same day and did it! Only one mechanic in Alice Springs who didn't refuse to help us same day and don't ask to wait two weeks... Highly recommended! Also really fair price for what there's done.

We arrived into Alice Springs after a number off days navigating off-road terrain on a tight big lap schedule.Nick his team were able to fit us in the next day after taking the time to understand our problem. He kept me updated throughout the repair and informed me of costs when they could be confirmed.The Automotive Studio were professional, courteous, understanding and accommodating throughout our dealings with them. Their service was excellent and very affordable. I would recommend them for all automotive repairs.

My friend recommended this place and I saw good reviews on the website. Thought it would be a nice work shop. However I can't imagine it's such a night mare! My car totally can't be started right after one day I got my car back from here. And ever since that he never contacted me unless I contacted him. Every time he said it's just a little problem give me one week more. One week after another one week, he never contacted, even after my car window got smashed in his backyard. I have no idea if he demaged my car because before I sent my car here it just can't speed up! Finally I contacted him again after another two weeks no reply waiting , I decided to give up my car and ask for my money back . He just said oh I will call you later but he never did!! He bullied us because we are foreigners here ,letting us waiting for over 2 months for fixing the car!!! And he never fix the car!!! Never contacted me unless I contacted him during the 2 months!! Keeping lying to me my car is fixable so I have no choice but wait!! And now I ask for my money back you know what he said? He said he let my car sit in his backyard for free because it can't be fixed!!! What can I do as a foreigner here? Where did the good comments come from???? What a shift place!!!
