Open 24 hours with buzzer entrance, adequate selection of service station food (not bad actually) even at 03:00. Helpful staff who are happy to bend company rules regarding eating inside after full open hours and toilet access for non-paying customers (whichbI witnessed). So grrat staff.

This Servo Is 24 Hrs Which Is Great. Has Very Good Take-Away Snack Foods. Very Good Customer Service. I Usually Go There For The Spring Rolls Or Chicken Alfredo. It's A a Good Stop Of Before You Go To Palmerston Or Town. Or Just Taking Your Vehicle For Long Drive.

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment that I’ve received from both the male and female staff working at puma petrol station, an hour out of lockdown.Returning from a camping trip to find out that the NT will be locked down within an hour, I was asked by my elderly mother to quickly grab some water and toilet paper. Because of the rushes that were happening at all of the shopping centres I hoped that this petrol station would have some stock.Being served by the male staff member, I asked if there was any toilet paper sold there. He then asked the other staff member who was serving at the other check-out, she pointed out it was in the corner of the shop. She then looked me up and down and made instant judgement, saying that they should hide the toilet paper to save it for the elderly who might need it. Ignoring this, I then said to the male staff member that I would be getting one (1) packet, which he then told me I needed to get the packet so he can scan the packet. I went to grab it but another customer was walking towards the toilet paper and said he would grab me a packet, so I waited. The male staff member was then staring at me and decided to say “what?? Are you going to buy 10 packets??”. That comment was unacceptable! While the other customer went to grab me a packet the female staff member ran over to the toilet paper in a rush and was grabbing them to hide behind the counter, while the other customer grabbed two (2) packets (one to give to me and the other for himself) she tried to grab it out of his hand and aggressively told him “you don’t need all of that, don’t be greedy!”. This is also unacceptable! He told her he was getting me one and one for himself, he gave me mine. As I was paying the female staff member was telling a different customer she was serving at the time that there was a shortage at a nursing home she worked at, it was devastating and that ‘young people just don’t care’.What kind of treatment is it where a person goes into a petrol station last minute in hopes they have one (1) packet of toilet paper for their elderly mother but is then spoken about to other customers that ‘they are a young person and they don’t care about the elderly community’. Absolutely unacceptable! They say that the frontline workers in retail are getting abused but what about the abuse I and that other customer received today? And it’s a wonder how that female staff member can be self appointed judge and juror of the age bracket of who deserves toilet paper and who doesn’t.To the female staff member (within the age bracket deserving of toilet paper) and the male staff member (who may have just made it into the toilet paper age bracket), you have both left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend anyone of any age going to this petrol because there is a high chance you too would be treated the same way. If I could give a 0/5 or a negative, then I would.

Good place to get some 91, 95 or 98. Also a Car meetup joint for young and older car enthusiasts. Can get a little noisy sometimes.

Terrible people.Pumps were clearly empty - although said I had pumped 5L of fuel. I asked the attendant if I could switch pumps and when I jumped back in my car, it said I hadn't added anything.Went to a different pump (also empty), and when I went back in to tell old mate he was out, he demanded I pay the $9 for 5L. I showed him a photo of my reading (i.e. if I had just got 5L of fuel then at 10L/100km I should have another 50km left in the tank, not 40km left in total). Basically laughed at me and told me I was wrong - for $9 I don't care to make a fuss, but it doesn't stop me leaving a bad review.
