Metro Movers moved me from Mt Eliza to Essendon this year. I found them to be very professional and careful with my antiques. I only have good things to say about the men that moved as they were very polite and helpful. I would recommend Metro Movers to anyone needing a removalist company.

I also had my stuff in storage with them for about a year or so, and it was just completely hassle-free from start to finish.I have used their pack & move service when I've been away, but had to move. Totally satisfied, from the first call inquiring and making the booking to following up with an email from Metromovers to confirm all the details. Very professional. On the day the young guys service was excellent, professional and took real care with our personal items/furniture. Once all items had been packed on the truck same service was given when they had to unpack and bring items in our new property. I have used Metro Movers twice and both times the guys were fabulous. As a single female, moving is a nightmare and no matter how organised you are things go wrong or happen along the way. They went above and beyond. Very careful with my belongings. They even spent time taking a cupboard door off to get my washing machine into the tightest spot ever!I will be using them again when I move. I highly recommend Metro Movers.

For both moves, the service reflected the reviews: on time, professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. Price slightly above the average rate for two guys and a truck but honestly, I'd have paid more and been happy. Five stars and a happy customer here. Cheers guys.

My experience couldn't be more different to Ronda's and it's hard to believe we are talking about the same company - or if Ronda is even a genuine customer? I have used Metro Movers on three occasions now as well as recommended them to any of my friends in need of a removalist. Having moved a few times in Canberra and then Melbourne I was immediately impressed with the professional approach of the staff, even the simple fact that they were all in smart uniforms and not looking like they had just got out of jail. The initial quoting process was smooth and the trucks arrived on time. We have used MetroMovers as needed over the past decade. Never, ever again. We booked two trucks with a crew of five for a relatively small relocation from Ringwood to the CBD. To say they were uncoordinated and hopeless is a gross understatement. The job was a total disaster and then, having dismantled various items of furniture, they argued it wasn't their job to put it back together. The most incredibly expensive and frustrating move ever!
