SuperbNails & Waxing

I booked in an appointment today at 3 for myself and a friend, and while my friend got served right away, I was left to wait for an hour and a half before they got started on my nails. I am very disappointed as I had heard glowing reviews for this place from friends and family, and had driven half an hour to get there. While I have no complaints about the quality of their service, I am absolutely appalled at their customer service. I don’t understand how they could make me wait for an HOUR AND A HALF after I made a booking and arrived on time! There were also people who came in after I did and got their nails done before me. What was supposed to be a nice xmas present for my friend ended up with us waiting for each other as her nails were done by the time I sat down. Although they apologised for the wait, they did not offer any kind of discount or voucher which I thought was well deserved after the wait. Very disappointed and I will not be back.

I called to make an appointment for a Pedi and meni. Rather than taking making a booking the person on the other end hung up on me. When I showed up for the discussed time I was told I didn't have an appointment and was turned away. Communication problem

Not terrible but not great. I asked for nail art and was told that it could be done but I wasn’t really impressed with how it came out. There was thin organically shaped chrome (perhaps even raised) gold lines in the picture I showed them and I got a much fatter glitter gold lines which really didn’t give the same effect. They also forgot the top coat on about 6 of my nails and I had to go back in because after I left I realised that the gel polish was still sticky and collecting fluff. I had also asked for a manicure (nail soak and cuticles tidied etc.) which I I didn’t get- I am not really sure if I was charged for it but I would have liked it none the less. Perhaps for just plain nails they would be ok but I feel I wasted my money on the nail art as it turned out a bit clumsy.

Charged $35 for a wax when price is $15. Yes did question the price thats on the list as $15. Was told $35 is the cost.

The lady's are always very friendly. Very good price. I go every 3 to 4 weeks to get shellac/gel.
