New to town, I needed some help with tubeless tyre and these guys were SOO helpful. They were flat-out busy on a Saturday morning yet made me feel like they had all the time in the world for me. They even showed me how to fix it all myself. Highly recommend Redcliffe Cycles.

I purchased a very expensive e-bike from Redcliffe Cycles. They offer a free first service after purchase on all bicycles.When I rang to book this first servicing, I was met with attitude and then asked “why what’s wrong with it”?I was going to purchase some more bike accessories from the store, but ended up not bothering with the service since I don’t appreciate being spoken to like a child!What happened to customer service and phone etiquette?

These guys went above and beyond our expectations. Took the son in with a bike he bought 2nd hand that was needing some parts. Amazing service giving him all the advice he needed. 10/10 for patience with a 13 year old who was on a tight budget and took his jolly time making decisions. Highly recommend
