The most incompetent postal service ever.Not only do they NEVER deliver your mail even when you are home all day, the shop is only open 9am-5pm AND closed on weekends. I work 9am-5:30pm which makes it impossible to pick up my parcel without taking ANNUAL LEAVE out. I came at 8:30 to try my luck and the lady shoed me away without even talking to me. Zero compassion. What an absolute joke. If you’re going to give abhorrent service at least have decent opening times!

The staff called me to pick up my parcels just because “they didn’t like” the space it was taking up, and when I explained to them it was because I was on holiday for the past 2 weeks they just hung up.

I must say we have had a really bad experienced with the Rosebery Postman and especially today today 8 June 2023 between 11.30-12.00 pm. A postman rang the unit to deliver a parcel. I asked him to leave a parcel in a lobby, it is a secure building because I can't go down to collect it from him at that right moment because I have a new born crying in my arms. I explained that to him but he won't listen and rudely hangup the intercom and left.Apart from this incident, there were a few other times that they didn't ring the doorbell and we just got notification of failed attempt delivery when we were waiting all day for the parcel to arrive.

Not open on a Saturday and open during business hours only? As a working person how am I supposed to collect a parcel? We need a proper post office with some hours on the weekend or shift somehow your weekdays. Start an hour or two earlier on some days. Finish later on some but still do your 8h days if that makes sense. Thanks.

Every time there is a huge queue. It is only open during office hours. Even when you assign someone to pick up your parcel over the app they don’t want to give the parcel if the person is not from the same address. It is being a pattern rainy days the delivery person send the package straight to the office without contact me when I’m al day at home. So frustrating!

SO RIDICULOUS. How is it MY fault that y’all can’t find my parcel that was updated as “ready for pick up”? Why am I expected to come down again when y’all find it and give me a text? This is highly unprofessional. And when I asked if they could arrange another delivery since it’s not my fault they couldn’t find it. They said no. So disappointing.

Absolutely incompetent. Every time I need something they drag it out or fail to do the simplest tasks. Staffs rude and ultimately the whole branch is a display of how Aus post fails this country time and time again

I answered my apartment intercom with a hello?" after the second ring (not use to using my intercom's features) and they heard it and answered with a tiny hello then the intercom cut out

It shows 11:00 the parcel will be delivered, if you believe it that you are too naive, How could the staff even have time to put the card in the my mailbox rather than ringing the doorbell just for once, I was at home just wait for my new shoes and I could not even hear the ringing, my shoes were sending to the post shop 5 km away from my home, and I got this message at 4:30, they would be closed at 5,Interesting!
