I recently contacted their customer service at head office and had an extremely unpleasant encounter. The representative was rude, talked over me and repeatedly said that it was a waste of her time when I queried discrepencies in my account. Worst service I've ever experienced!

My sessions were expiring. Did not receive a reminder (not even in junk email). When tried to call Head Office, very rude and cold response from CSR. I would not buy any more packages. There are competitors I am going to try. Would not recommend at all :(

The staff is very rude. Not look after the customers also theCustomer service is very poor and does not solve problems, and if you protest, your phone will be cut off, never try this clinic .

I moved recently and had to continue my treatment with blacktown branch and every time they send me a confirmation sms and I confirm and unfortunately on the morning of the treatment they cancel the appointment and their reason is the same every time!!! THE THERAPIST IS SICK AND WON'T BE ABLE TO PERFORM YOUR TREATMENT!! after I have arranged my self and even got dressed!!! really it's the most unreliable place I have ever visited!!!!

I have been a Results Laser Clinic over 12 years now. My last treatment expired during COVID. Apparently they extended my treatments which they never informed me about until 2021. I went to Parramatta Results in Westfield a few times and no one at the Reception to make the appointment. I phoned the HO today, the lady was extremely rude, had a stretched tone of speaking. I mentioned to her that you are arguing, she starts defending and eventually when I called again, she is blaming me of being rude. I wonder how these people are employed.

Trying to get this company on the phone is an absolute nightmare. 45 minutes on hold and then being hung up is unacceptable. This has happened several times!

Terrible service, and some of the staff are rude. They didn’t even let me finish my sessions after the pandemic and after I explained to them that I could risk myself to go as I work with NDIS children. They kept my money and didn’t finish the service because “it expired” when there was a pandemic.
